Cancellation & rescheduling

We understand that sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. When you book an appointment with us, that time is reserved exclusively for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify at least 24 hours in advance for a haircut, 48hours in advance for colors or other services. Otherwise, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%.  No shows are responsible for 100 % of the charge. Multiple rescheduling or cancellations may result in refusal of service.

Late Policy

Please let us know if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late. 

If you are late more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, we may need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged full price of the service had booked.

Salon space

Due to limited space at the salon, we kindly ask that only those  with appointments come in.

Kids

We are a kids-friendly salon. However, any service provider who feels that a customer is behaving inappropriately or disrespectfully is authorized to stop the treatment immediately.  We need to provide a clean and safe environment to all customers. Please try to only bring children who have appointments. We believe in creating

mutually respectful relationships, and have the right

to refuse any service.

SERVICE ANIMALS WELCOME

Food

No food is allowed inside the salon. Please no eating 

inside the space.
