Cancellation

We understand clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. Once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for a haircut, 48hours for colors or other services. Otherwise, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%. No shows are responsible for 100 % of the charge.

Late Policy
Please let us know if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late.
If you are late more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, we may need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged full price of the service had booked.
Kids
We are a kids-friendly salon. However, any service provider who feels that a customer is behaving inappropriately or disrespectfully is authorized to stop the treatment immediately. We need to provide a clean and safe environment to all customers. Please try to only bring children who have appointments. We believe in creating
mutually respectful relationships, and have the right
to refuse any service.

Food
No food is allowed inside the salon. Please no eating
inside the space.
